Privacy, LGPD & GDPR
Last updated: 23 June 2026
This policy explains how Minas Alliance, through the Solumg brand, processes personal data when you visit the website, create an account, contact support or use the CRM service.
Controller and scope
Minas Alliance, R Maria Emilia Andrade, 235, Sao Conrado, 32.480-126 Brumadinho – MG, Brésil, is responsible for the website and the Solumg service. Privacy requests may be sent to webmaster@minaswp.com. The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018) applies, together with the GDPR when its territorial scope is met.
Data collected
We may process identity, business and contact details; account and subscription information; invoices and payment status; support messages; service usage, IP address, browser, device, language, cookie and security logs; and the business information that customers choose to enter or import into Solumg. Solumg does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to create and administer accounts, deliver and improve the service, process subscriptions, provide support, communicate service notices, prevent fraud, protect systems, analyse performance and comply with legal duties. Processing is based, as applicable, on performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent.
Customer CRM data
The customer determines the content and lawful purpose of personal data entered into its CRM. Depending on the operation, the customer acts as controller and Minas Alliance as processor or operator. Customers must have a valid legal basis, inform the people concerned and configure access rights appropriately.
Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to authorised personnel and providers needed for hosting, infrastructure, email, support, security and payments, including o2switch, Stripe and PayPal where relevant. Data may also be disclosed to advisers, competent authorities or in a lawful business transfer. Personal data is not sold or rented.
International transfers
Some providers or users may be located outside Brazil or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on applicable legal mechanisms, contractual safeguards, adequacy decisions or another protection recognised by the LGPD or GDPR.
Retention
Data is kept while the account or service is active and afterwards only for the time required by accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute or other legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised, subject to lawful exceptions and backup cycles.
Security and account protection
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability. Users must keep passwords confidential and promptly report suspected access. No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing, review of certain automated decisions, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Requests should be sent to webmaster@minaswp.com. You may also complain to the ANPD or another competent authority.
Cookies and communications
Essential cookies support login, security and the saved language choice. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are used only when legally permitted and, where required, after consent. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option.
Third-party services and minors
Links and integrations have their own privacy terms. Solumg is a professional service and is not intended for children under 16.
Policy changes and contact
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or service changes. Material changes will be signalled by an appropriate notice. Questions and requests may be sent to webmaster@minaswp.com.
