Scope and acceptance
These terms govern professional subscriptions to the Solumg online CRM, operated by Minas Alliance. Creating an account, starting a trial or ordering a plan constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms.
Account and acceptable use
Customers are responsible for their users, credentials, equipment and all activity performed through their account. The service must not be used unlawfully, to infringe third-party rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the platform.
Plans, prices and payment
Plans, limits and euro prices are shown on the pricing and checkout pages. Subscriptions are paid in advance by card through Stripe or via PayPal. Payments use the provider’s secure environment; Solumg and Minas Alliance do not store complete card details. Taxes are applied as indicated at checkout.
Term, renewal and cancellation
The billing period and renewal conditions shown when ordering apply. Unless the offer says otherwise, a subscription renews for the same period until cancelled before the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewal without refunding a period already started, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Customer data and privacy
Customers retain their rights in the data they enter and grant Minas Alliance the permissions necessary to host, secure, back up and process it solely to provide the service. Customers remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and permitted use of their content and personal data.
Availability, maintenance and support
Minas Alliance uses reasonable efforts to keep Solumg available and secure. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, upgrades, security incidents or events outside reasonable control. Support features and response channels depend on the selected plan.
Third-party services
Stripe, PayPal, integrations and external links are governed by their own terms. Minas Alliance is not responsible for an external service outside its control, but will exercise reasonable care when selecting providers used to deliver Solumg.
Intellectual property
Minas Alliance and its licensors retain all rights in Solumg, its software, interface, brand and documentation. The subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for the customer’s internal professional needs.
Suspension, termination and liability
Access may be suspended for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or a material breach, with notice when reasonably possible. Each party remains liable under mandatory law; indirect losses and events beyond reasonable control are excluded to the extent permitted by Brazilian law.
Brazilian law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including applicable consumer, internet and data-protection rules. The courts of the registered office of Minas Alliance have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory right to another competent forum.
